Don Estanislao Hernández, (1916 – 1971) a native of La Cruz Santa. A good man and a tireless worker, he married Carmen Hernández, and together they started a business selling his father-in-law’s wine. His excellent work soon brought him great fame in the region, which demanded this vigorous and good quality wine. Nowadays, his grandson, Don Cándido Hernández, continues with the legacy.
