Bodega La Haya

Bodega La Haya

Bodega la Haya was founded in 2001 following the family winemaking tradition of Julián Antonio González Hernández. The vineyards are located in an area of excellence for the production of white wines, such as La Cruz Santa, in Los Realejos.

The oldest vines, of the Listán Blanco variety, are more than 200 years old and are produced in Braided Cord.

For some time now, we have been working on the inclusion of 10% of native multivarieties such as Malvasía, Gual, Forastera Gomera, Vijariego Blanco, Albillo Criollo and Marmajuelo and the latest addition, Baboso Blanco.

Preserving the traditional origin, we work with the utmost respect for the cultivation of the vineyard, trying to fuse wine-growing tradition and modern oenology, thus achieving varietal respect and typicity in the wines, this being the factor that unites and highlights them.

We elaborate white wines, making 4 references, Fruity White (semi-dry), Dry White, White Barrel and the Piel de La Haya (Beech Skin) and Orange Wine (fermented with its peel for ten days and aged in barrels for 6 months).
